Participants stretch their skills and paint one or more complete pastel landscapes in one or two-day workshops and . . .

• Have fun working in a supportive, energetic atmosphere
• Establish a focal point from studies and / or color photos
• Uncover an emotional connection with the image they choose
• Build a strong foundation with: elements of design; principles of composition; color theory; application techniques; thumbnail sketches; value studies; hand-outs; and more
• Find stimulation through: individual attention; presentation of examples and demonstrations by Eve; written exercises to connect thoughts and emotion with subjects; communication with fellow participants
• Create pastels that combine: dynamic composition with lively strokes; strong value; fresh color; and personal expression

October 25 & 26 - Two-Day Workshop with Eve . . . 

• Will be held at Trail's End Art Association Art Center, Gearhart OR
• The goal for the two-day workshop is for every participant to paint at least one complete pastel landscape ‘from the ground up’
• Participants get to know each other in a supportive, energetic atmosphere. Throughout the workshop Eve provides individual instruction, demonstrations and reference material.
• All levels of experience are welcome
• The two-day workshop will take place Saturday October 25^th and Sunday October 26^th from 9 am - 4 pm (with breaks for lunch) at the Trail's End Art Association, 656 'A' St., Gearhart OR (503) 717-9458
• Participants will supply required materials from the list that will be sent to each registrant
